If you passed your EA/EM Exam in 2020 or earlier and last attended the refresher course in 2020, you are eligible to participate in Phase Refresher Course program.

Refer to the annotated certificate below to identify the key fields that determine your eligibility.
Where is your EA / EM Number?
“Energy Auditor No.” / “Energy Manager No.” Box
Look at the boxed field on the left of your certificate. It reads EA-XXXX (Auditor) or EM-XXXX (Manager) — for example EA-6580. Enter this exact number in the field above.
This is your username & unique key across the portal
Certificate Issuance Year
“…the Bureau of Energy Efficiency…” (e.g. May, 2009)
The issuance month/year in the validity paragraph should be 2020 or earlier to qualify for Phase .
Eligible if issuance year ≤ 2020

Your most recent refresher date here should be 2020 or earlier. On this sample the latest date is 15/06/2025 — that candidate would not be eligible.
